The Merchant Hotel, Belfast

Belfast is a city we love to visit, there’s lots to do with some great restaurants and bars. It had been a couple of years since our last trip so we decided to treat ourselves to a stay at The Merchant Hotel and booked an ‘art deco room’ for a two night weekend break. 

Mount Juliet Estate, Co. Kilkenny

Mount Juliet is a beautiful Georgian house, on 1500 acres of land, with the River Nore running through it. It’s setting is spectacular and is one of the reasons we chose Mount Juliet for our wedding in June 2010. We were excited to return recently for a two night stay.
