It’s the simple things…eggs!

Breakfast of boiled egg and soldiers (yes I am a grown-up!), possibly one of the best things ever and a delicious, and filling way to start the day.

Boiled Egg and SoldiersA good tip when adding your egg to the saucepan of water, is to dip the egg in and out of the water for a few seconds, as this helps prevent the shell cracking due to the immediate temperature change.

Soft Boiled and Runny – 5 minutes

Semi-Firm (my favourite!) – 7 minutes

Hard Boiled – 10 minutes

When your egg is cooked to your liking, slice the top off, crack black pepper on top and a pinch of salt – then you are all set – Enjoy!
